How is B4 Secure different from other threat monitoring service providers?

Instead of a high-level threat overview, we provide bespoke assessments that detail the threat level relevant to you and your business, allowing you to make informed decisions. We deal with a vast range of threats and risks, and are able to advise you on the specifics of each in relation to your business.

Do you have fixed-term contracts? If yes, what is the duration?

We operate on a combination of fixed contracts and retainers, as we are a service provider rather than a software provider. We do not work with licenses.

What are the range of services you provide?

Alongside threat assessments, monitoring and management; we provide in depth due diligence, post incident and other enquiry investigations, fraud and finance investigations, and more.

I am concerned about confidentiality and sensitive company information. Do you offer discreet and low profile service?

Rest assured, we maintain confidentiality in all our client dealings and maintain strict policies to protect your data and information from our other clients, your competitors, and threat actors. This is one of the reasons why you will not see any mention of our clients on our website. We are also cyber essential plus accredited.

How do you gather your information? Who and/or what is your source?

We use a fusion of highly-skilled in-house analysts combined with the necessary technology to ensure the reliability of our data. We use a range of techniques, including Open-Source Intelligence, and do not rely on web-scraping software or any other equivalents with artificial intelligence. We have found that they are often inaccurate and pick up only about 50% of data.

What is the commercial model surrounding your services?
