Intelligence Support Officer

Job purpose

As an Intelligence Support Officer, you will be a vital member of our team working within a supportive and encouraging environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the team of intelligence analysts.

Head of Intelligence and Analysis

Remote

Full time role. 9am to 5pm

£28,000 per annum

Researching, collating, and interpreting data available from publicly and other data sources. Creating high quality intelligence products, Structured report writing and working with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Essential

  • Previous research experience.
  • Ability to research, collate, evaluate, structure, and process data to identify patterns, similarities, key points, and threats.
  • An understanding of the National Intelligence Model.
  • Knowledge of laws relating to the capture and storage of data.
  • Experience in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience utilising different software applications.
  • Good aptitude, ability, and familiarity with computer systems.
  • Gather information and be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365.
  • Be able to prepare, deliver, and present analytical products for use in court proceedings, as required.
  • Give evidence in court as and when necessary.
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant subject or equivalent workplace qualifications or experience.

Desirable

  • Language Skills, particularly any of the following: French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic.

This position offers development within the field of intelligence, analysis, and investigations.
